sixth form students. Each student is offered individual Advice and Guidance appointments throughout the year. Our Careers service also offer a bi –weekly drop in service for sixth form students.
We run workshops from local colleges and businesses that keep students up to date with local employment trends. The school organises and hosts a yearly Careers fair which is attended by more than 30 local employers, colleges and universities offering apprenticeships, employment and further educational opportunities.
We offer a bespoke work experience package for pupils in sixth form. This is designed to work with individual careers interviews to help students gain relevant experience that will enable them to move on to future careers pathways.
We match pupils to placements that will enhance their UCAS application form or help them gain the experience needed to secure an apprenticeship or job offer.
