We give parents and carers regular feedback about their child’s progress, including annual reports, termly interim grades and the opportunity to meet with staff at least once per year.
Interim Grade sheets are generated at the end of each term. These are published to both parents and students and form the basis for academic monitoring sessions which students have with their Form Tutor/ Academic monitor.
Full school Reports are written for each year group once a year. In addition to receiving a full report, each year group has a Parents’ evening at a suitable point in the year.
Key Stage 3
Years 7 – 9 have one Parents’ evening per year, to meet subject staff and discuss progress. In addition to this Year 7 also have a “Meet the tutor evening” at the beginning of the academic year to check they have settled in well to secondary school life at Harlington.
